Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
