SHIPPING
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. If your location is available at checkout, we can ship to you. If not, we currently do not offer shipping to that destination.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Defective Products
A product is considered defective if it is not working properly and shows no external damage. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if possible
- If already accepted, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials for inspection
Returns without prior contact may not be eligible for refund.
